Kerry Hayes is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. As a life long athlete and professional with the Southcoast YMCA facilities, Kerry has developed safe, fun and effective workouts for all age groups. She is passionate about about getting people to “just move” and stresses the importance of health and wellness, not just physically, but mentally as well.
