KOUCH to KFIT is like traditional KFIT BOOTCAMP but only 45 minutes and for people who are quite ready for traditional bootcamp. You will see the same types of exercises, but with slightly less cardio and a go at your own pace environment.

 

This is a great beginner class to help you build the confidence and endurance you may need for traditional Bootcamp!
